Use the download button after the job finishes. Your browser saves the result to its download folder or asks you where to put it, depending on your settings. Check the browser download list if you cannot find it.

Keep the workspace tab open until processing finishes and you have downloaded the result. Closing or reloading it clears that workspace, including its file queue and unsaved results. Files you already downloaded stay on your computer.

Images to PDF accepts PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF and BMP files. Each image becomes one PDF page, in the order you arrange the files. Animated images become a still image rather than an animated PDF.

The workspace does not have a password-entry step, so protected PDFs may fail to open. If you have permission to change the document, use a PDF reader to save an unlocked copy first, then choose that copy in Sheet Zip.

Processing creates a separate result. It does not write back to the files you selected. When saving the download, choose a new name if your browser asks whether to replace an existing file.

A scanned page may only contain a picture of the words. Extract text reads the text layer already in the PDF. It does not perform optical character recognition, so it cannot turn an image-only scan into editable text.

Jobs that produce several page files bundle them into one ZIP so your browser does not have to start a download for every page. You can open that archive with Extract ZIP in the add-on or website demo, or use an archive tool on your computer.

Extract ZIP saves files without their folder paths. If files from different folders have the same name, Sheet Zip adds a number so both results remain available. Create ZIP also gives duplicate input names distinct names inside the archive.
