Requesting a feature

If there is a PDF job you keep doing by hand, describe it. The tool list grows based on what people actually ask for, so a concrete description of your workflow is more useful than a feature name.

Privacy questions

Start with the privacy policy and the questions page, which cover what is reported and how to switch it off. If something is still unclear, ask. We would rather answer than have you guess.

Reporting a problem

Tell us what you were doing, which tool you used, and what happened instead of what you expected. If a specific document failed, its page count and rough file size help a lot.

Please do not attach the document itself. We do not want a copy of your file, and the whole point of the add-on is that we never receive one.
